The LABS research is well started, however, our ultimate goal lies into the future: 

We believe that KOMBUTEX has the power to make our interiors more alive, regenerative, interactive and sustainable in the future. We plan to continue exploring with our multidisciplinary team how to grow various interior elements with KOMBUTEX towards larger and greener installations.

How could this look like? For example, this subway train interior: consisting of biomaterials, living textiles including vegetation. It will be a joy to take a ride, and you feel rejuvenated when exiting.
